• Lot 75 Waterways Dr, Coomera, 41 factories ranging in size from 220 to 1035 square metres. This was complete electrical installation, and the air conditioning in the office of each factory was also included.

• Lot 21 Kendor St, Labrador, 46 factories ranging in size from 200 to 600 square metres. Complete electrical installation and the air conditioning of some of the offices.

• 2 Chillies, 15 Millenium Circuit Gaven. Three storey warehouse and office complex, all electrical and air conditioning.

• 13 separate projects in the Millenium Park precinct adjacent to Westfield Helensvale, including air conditioning office areas.

• Maritimo Motor Boats, Alterations and additional to Hope Harbour facility.

• Martimo Motor Boats, Activity Dr, Ashmore. Complete refurbishment of wood working shop and spray booths.

• Azzura Yachts, Waterways Dr, Coomera. Complete wiring of factory and offices.

• Lots 1 & 2 Beattie Rd & Waterway Dr, Coomera. 24 factories and offices.

• Cnr Beattie Rd & Waterway Dr, Coomera. Wiring of large showroom and warehouse.

• Old Pacific Hwy, Yatala. Complete wiring of 6 showrooms and basement car park.

• 12 Elysium St, Carrara. Wiring of earthmoving machinery factory and the air-conditioning of the office.

• Various up market homes for several builders. This has included renovations as well as new projects and we have completed both the electrical and ducted air conditioning installation.
